I DON'T PLAY SPORT, CAN I STILL HAVE A MASSAGE?
Sports Massage is only a form of treatment and not for one category of people! Sports Massage aims to work our bodies muscles to ensure they are maintaining optimal function. This can reduce tension, stress and promote blood flow!
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
No preparation is needed! Just bring yourself!
On your first appointment we will assess your individual symptoms and conditions with a professional assessment. Treatments and an action plan will be discussed and delivered.
HOW WILL I FEELÂ AFTER TREATMENT?
After treatments, our aim is to maintain your relaxed state. You may experience some delayed onset of muscle soreness and tiredness. This is completely normal and expected. You should aim to keep warm, keep mobile and drink plenty of water!
